What are the ingredients of Maison Tonic candles made from?

Every Maison Tonic Candle is 100% handcrafted Canadian made.The waxes we use is a soy and coconut wax blend that we source from Canadian and American suppliers, our essential oils are 100% organic, fairtrade and up to IFRA standards.
Our vessels are locally sourced and are food grade glass that you can reuse as well!!
Clean aromas, an organic soy and coconut wax blend, a non-toxic cotton core wick, and recyclable packaging are all part of the candlemaking process. Every candle is cruelty-free, vegan, devoid of parabens, and phthalates.

What does Top, Middle and Bottom mean?

Top, Middle and Bottom relates to our candles scent structure. According to their relative volatility, or rate of evaporation, perfume notes (ingredients that make up a scent) are divided into top, middle, and base notes. The top notes are the most volatile, whereas the middle notes disperse more slowly and the base notes last the longest.
You can detect the distinct notes in the scent as your candle burns or as your perfume oil wears on your skin. The top notes come first, followed by the middle and base notes.

How long do your candles burn for?

It took us awhile to test out the waxes in our interests, but we're confident that our soy and coconut wax blend is just perfect :) Our 8 oz candles can burn up to 52 hrs while our 4 oz candles can burn up to 25 hrs.
The best approach to extend the life of your candles is to blow them out only after the wax has melted to the glass edge, to burn them for no more than 3 hours at a time, to keep the wick centred and wax free of debris, and to cut the wick to ¼” inches before each lighting.
Make sure your candle is burning on a heat-safe, sturdy surface away from draughts and combustible things. Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets while it is burning. Allow for cooling before handling the glass if it becomes warm during usage.

What is your Exchange & Refund policies?

We'll assist you if you send an email to maisontonic@gmail.com. We will not provide exchanges or returns, but we are here to help if your product arrives damaged or if you have a negative reaction to it.
Within 7 days after delivery, please contact us and send us your order confirmation email. If you want to return your goods, we will not cover the return shipping expenses; but, if you want to exchange it, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
We do not issue returns for anything purchased on sale or from stores that sell our products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our orders will be shipped out between December 13th-15th to make sure it arrives at your location on time for this Christmas season.

All of our orders will come with a tracking number. Shipping times once they've been shipped are 1-5 business days in Canada and 1-9 business days in the US.
(We only ship to Canada and USA right now and looking forward to expanding the regions in the near future)
We have chosen Canada Post as our only carrier for now but we will open those options down the line, once we've explored all of our options. Remember to follow our socials and subscribe to our emailing lists for our announcements, giveaways and sales!!
